Gua gak mau ke GEREJA

Heiii..

Lantas? gimana dong kelanjutanyya? Kenapa sih saya mau nulis soal ini?

To be continued ya... very soon.

Kekalahan Man. United atas dirinya sendiri

Jadi, senjata MU benar-benar dibuat macet.

Remembering My Salesman's Life

I used to be a Salesman.

When I was in my last year of my university years, I joined Sunlife Financial as a Financial Advisor and then moved to Prudential Life Assurance. Quite Interesting Job's name, isn't it? But, I still prefer to call it ... SALESMAN.

It was a tough life, you know. And I think it's because of the Indonesian Culture. Here in Indonesia, most of the people still not insurance-minded. But maybe that doesn't really important. The important things is the culture of people who buy and sell the insurance.

I find it hard to be in an office that many 'regular salesman' are around me. Maybe I'm too cruel, but it really happens. I don't think any of you would like the situation if someone is offering you an insurance programs and keep calling you in order to get your signature in a brand new insurance contract. Sometimes it's annoying, Right?

Okay, maybe I'm a little bit offensive, but I do have a better method. And you know what, I only did what I have to do according to the trainer said. It's powerful enough to get about 20 millions rupiahs Premium Income for only 15 days of work. I just tell my prospective buyer the strengths and weaknesses about 2 or 3 products that I really like and match them. Then I just telling them that they have to think about my presentation and the products off course. Then I ask for their permission to contact them a week later to follow up whether they want to join the insurance or not. If they don't want to, I just telling them that if they don't mind, next time when there is another product that match them, I will contact them again.

For the honestly presentation, I earn about 21 millions for the company in my first months. The boss then really like my effort. But no one believe in my methods, they said that I just act low profile.

The Red Cliff Reflection

After taking much time to wait, I've watched the RED CLIFF movies (part 1 and 2) at last. I must say that this exposition of 'Romance Of The Three Kingdoms' is very interesting.

I've known about Romance Of The Three Kingdoms since 1990, I've played the PC game, read the comics, read the books. It's always a pleasure when I think it over. This legendary history is one of a great influence of my life beside the BIBLE for sure.

This story finally is the triangle power of Wei, Wu and Shu kingdoms, where Wei kingdom ruled by Cao Cao and located at North of China, then Wu kingdom ruled by Sun Quan located at Southeast of China and Shu Kingdom, ruled by Liu Bei and located at Southwest of China.

For long time I adore Liu Bei as a charismatic ruler who is very concern about his followers. Though he is not a great warlord or great commander, Liu Bei is a low profile ruler who has great followers. Let's say Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Zhao Yun, Ma Chao, Yan Yan, and great strategy-man, Zhuge Liang. Zhuge Liang is the center of this history, cause he is hmmm... great thinker, Sun Tzu's expert, wheather predictor and so many things are in his head.

It's hard to write this posting without telling most of the history, but the reflection about this story are :

1. Loyalty
I learned about loyalty from Guan Yu. He is a very loyal man. Though Liu Bei lost many war, and Guan Yu has most capabilities to leave Liu Bei and join Cao Cao, he never think about it. He always support Liu Bei and do whatever he can to save the Shu Kingdom.
Beside Guan Yu, Zhuge Liang, Zhang Fei, and most of Liu Bei's followers has great loyalty.

2. Friendship
It's interesting when I saw RED CLIFF, Zhou Yu (from Wu Kingdom) and Zhuge Liang are one of the great sidekicks in this history. Zhuge Liang strategy, combined with Zhou Yu's can give Wu-Shu alliance (with only 50.000 men) get their victory over Cao Cao (who has almost 800.000 men with him).
They realize that someday they will fight each other on the battlefield, but when they have to combine their strength, they do it very nice.

may be I will continue about this later. But Friendship and Loyalty are the most life-value that I got on this great history.

Clicking to get Paid

Hmmh.. after surfing and reading many sources, i decided to join bux.to

Friends... this website is kinda interesting. Right now I don't really believe that we can get paid for clicking advertisings. But logically i found it's possible whether someone wants us to click their ads. Why, so that they can get paid too.

Have You heard something called 'Pay Per Click' ads? When we place our ads in some place in the Internet, we pay the ads company when someone click our ads. So, It's possible that the ads company share their profit to anyone who wants to click the ads. Hehehehe... hope this description is clear.

Let's get straight to the point. Join as one of my clicking team. And next, you can form yourself a clicking team too. Maybe this is like some multilevel business, but it's not multilevel. Only single level. When there's one condition that your team member get his/her referals, they're for him/her. So, when you got 10 referals and one of your referal got 50 referals, your referal will get paid more than you.

The Next Question is... how to CashOut the payments?
First, open an AlertPay account (Alertpay.com), and then to exchange the payments to rupiah, you should exchange first to e-money or... let's say e-gold (www.egold.com)
Then you can sell your e-gold to www.indochanger.com so, it will be converted to rupiah and transfered to your local bank account. (hmm... i hope this is clear enough).

Okay... let's start clicking.. just copy and paste the link address below to join my team.

Don't Judge a Book by its Cover, right?

Sometimes I really feel not good when someone look at me and say something that describe me like I'm a rich and success guy. It's really annoying, you know? Why? Because the fact is not that simple.

The word NEKAD is nearly right to describe what I'm doing right now.. or nowadays. With all the living costs and all the effort - me and my hunny - made, this is a hard life. But... above all, i really appreciated that God gives us this life. Though it's hard, we still can enjoy this life.

Hey... sometimes there are wise words that my friends told me. One of them told me 'our children is the precious gift, you know? When you meet others, they won't ask what car do you drive or where is your house first. Mostly, they ask how many children do you have?' Oh, it's really cheer me up. Hahahaha.. so I already have 2 now.

Actually my business seems growing rapidly, especially the contractor which established in the beginning of 2008 with my other 3 friends. For about 1 year and 4 months, we've already have more than 10 projects worth more than 3 billion rupiahs. It's a blessing and we thank God for His kindness.
Another business is the 'renovation store' that starts in January 2009. Me and my wife start this business with hope that Kota Baru Parahyangan residences needs our stuffs when they renovate their houses, also we can supply the contractor company (mentioned above) for building materials which in the finishing category.

Now I'm still thinking and thinking all over again how to earn more money to survive from our debts, living costs (which also growing rapdily. Hahahaha) and many things that costs us.
I'm starting an online job that pay me by clicking ads.
I plan to open a forex online trading also.

Any idea, friends? Hope You can share with me.

After about 2 months

Wheeew... almost 2 months today, me and my family live in Kota Baru Parahyangan. We live in one rented shophouse located at Tatar Ratnasasih. The wheather seems good although last couple of weeks is very cold.

The reason why I moved here is to get nearer to the projects which me and my friends worked for. We - the 4 of us - try to build a contractor for residential projects, but we used to think to be just an interior contractor and designer, but the situation is just direct us to be a residential builder. Hahahaha..

Jesus has been so good to me and my family and I know He has great plan for us to live here. I don't know what the plan is, but last week we just deal with 3 customers, 2 of them want to build a house and the other one is renovating his house. This is great. In the beginning of this year we don't predict this will happen. But I think God himself has plan for our company. While the running projects nearly finished, the new ones are starting.

So, hope we finished them all the best we can.

I Believe He will provide all

This day's Sunday service is the last one from our church 4 weeks' Mission Month. The last ten minutes, our Pastor encourages us to 'stand in the gap' between the non-believers and GOD. Pray for them, asks God to forgive them for their sins. And the last thing is fund raising to mobilize many mission programmes.

I realize that Our family is not in good conditions economically, we just started our first shop called restore and we just planned to apply our son to Cahaya Bangsa Classical School which is an expensive school in my opinion (but they did great on their education concept, really!). I don't know if I can finish the commitment. Last 2 years, I just avoid filling the forms and said to myself. "No, I won't fill that but I will spend money for mission."

This time, I can't help myself to avoid the moment again. Before the service, my hunny asked me to think about God's LOVE Mandate. Well, in fact, I already think about this over and over again and maybe this time I will have my conclusion.

In that moment I prayed to God, "Jesus, you're the reason that I want to make this commitment again. Please help me to finish this at the end of this year. You command me to do this, I believe that you'll send the funds to me so that I can give them to save Indonesia, to save many non-Believers. Please just show me what you want me to do."

So... the commitment is made now. I Believe He will keep His promise and will provide.

Thanks Jesus. You make my life sssoooo rich.

Oops, my steel shelf broke down

That Indonesian quotes "Sepandai-pandainya tupai melompat, pasti pernah jatuh juga" (Though squirell is a jump expert, it used to fall, don't know if this translation is right. Hahaha) is really happens.

I'm an Architect and i should know whether some structure of anything is right or wrong. It happens in my office or let's say in my shop. I made a shelf for displaying my paints. The shelf made by hollow steel. I've designed the shelf structurally right but not give the joint details to the shelf maker.

Once the shelf finished and they delivered the shelf, I told them that the principal of their works is not right and surely someday the shelf will break down. But they insist that the shelf is strong enough. I ran out of words and accept that.

This day, after about 2 months, the shelf is broke down and almost hit me. Thanks to Jesus, who protect me from this horrible accident. And, you know that? All of my paints is safe, except 1 piece ceramics broke to small pieces.

So... i think I'm a dumb Architect. Hahahaha..

Tuhan Yesus mengingatkan kita bagaimana memandang uang.
